These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of adaptonic.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Adaptonic LLC ("Adaptonic," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Duxbury, MA 02332. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us. Some products, including hemp-derived cannabinoid products, may be subject to higher age requirements under state or local law, and you are responsible for complying with them.

2. Health information and disclaimer

The information on this Site, including product descriptions and anything shared during a consultation, is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Talk to your doctor before using any herbal product, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication, have a medical condition, or are giving products to a child or a pet. Follow the directions on the label. Stop use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reaction.

3. Hemp-derived products

Our cannabinoid products are derived from hemp. Laws governing these products vary by state and country and are subject to change. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live. We ship within the United States only, and not to every state. We may decline or cancel orders to locations where we believe sale is not permitted.

4. Products, pricing, and availability

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but natural products vary, and colors and packaging may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout; we do not store your full card number. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Consultations

Free consultations with our herbalist are educational conversations about herbs and our products. They do not create a practitioner-patient relationship and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product names, is owned by or licensed to Adaptonic and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adaptonic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as required by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Adaptonic harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
