Product Features
We prepare our valerian root extract from the rhizome and root of the Valeriana officinalis plant. The herb is extracted in small batches with Fair Trade certified, kosher and certified organic cane alcohol for potency and to maintain the balance of phytocompounds as they naturally exist in the plant. The formula is easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other caffeine-free liquid.
Suggested Use
Shake well before using.
Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz of water or juice, up to 4 times per day. Best taken between meals.
May be taken an hour before bed and again at bedtime.
