Can be used internally (20 drops) or inhaled in a nebulizer for cleansing the lungs and nasal cavity, or diffused in an essential oil diffuser that uses water to sanitize air in home or office (add distilled water and 3-4 full squeezes of SuperSilver in a diffuser).*
Suggested use
Dose - 20 drops (.7 ml) 75 mcg silver per serving
2 oz - about 140 servings per bottle
4 oz - about 280 servings per bottle
